The staff was wonderful. The hotel has only been open for a few months so it is exceptionally clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Having the kitchenette is so helpful! Being able to make a whole pot of coffee is great and then to be able to enjoy it sitting on the patio around a fire made it even better!

Ample parking, suitcase carts, fast elevator. The rooms were clean and loved the Dove body wash. The rooms was spacious with ample kitchenware to use for cooking and eating. I don’t see hotels using tubs in them anymore and I can appreciate this room had one. My favorite part about the stay was the kitchen and having the accessibility to use a stove to cook dinner. Walmart, Target, UDF, movie theater and so much more nearby.

The hotel was really nice, clean and affordable. We did a King Suite and it was super clean, comfy and spacious, and had all the little kitchen things you may need. They also had Dove soap in the bathroom and not cheap hotel soap !! The breakfast was about a 4/10. The sausage and other cooked breakfast didn’t seem all the way cooked. BUTTT they had a waffle maker station and toppings. You can never go wrong with that !

Great location, close enough to all the convenient interstates but off a quiet exit. Hotel had plenty of parking, modern facilities, laundry, small indoor pool, gym, outdoor patio, buffet breakfast, and attendant at front desk 24 hours. Our room was like a studio apartment, full kitchen, sofa, chest of drawers, desk, closet, king bed, large walk in shower, Wi-Fi, tv with plenty of stations. All modern decor, exceptional furnishings.

A newer hotel in an excellent location for events in the area. Clearly new, clean, and not worn down at all. Loved having the kitchen and refrigerator for snacks. Great for families with kids (none with us this time). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to the woman who works to keep the food/kitchen setup going, she is a gem! Movie theater, restaurants, and ample shopping close by.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Our experience was just as wonderful as the first time. Immaculate, the staff were pleasant and helpful. This is where we will stay whenever we visit Cincinnati in the future

The aesthetic of the hotel are amazing and the staff was very friendly. They didn't come off as someone just trying to make a quick dollar. The pool temp was on point and the floors were clean. Very family oriented and well kept. To top it all off, the Continental breakfast was on point. My compliments to the chef❤️❤️

The breakfast was great! it was fresh. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. The room, washroom, and overall hotel was exceptionally clean and that was a major plus point. Extra pillow, and comforters were in the room. Usually, we always have to call front desk and request pillows and comforter for sofa bed. At this hotel it was the first time that they had everything available in the room. The owners were super polite, we met them around breakfast time and they made sure that we were ok ! we will definitely stay there again!
